Description
Richmond Association of Realtors Bronze Award Winner.
One of Kim’s greatest qualities is her ability to connect with people. This characteristic has set her apart in her professional career. Kim’s passion for antiques, homes and gardens, interior design, and fashion have inspired her professional endeavors. She worked with Etcetera, a direct sales fashion for women, for more than fourteen years and rose to become one of the top producing sales consultants in the country. She did this by listening to her clients, being sincere and honest. Her love for antiques and interior design was nurtured through her jobs working with two interior designers and with the Estate, Antique and Appraisal Division of a local auction house. Kim’s unique ability to creatively envision the potential of properties has fueled her love for real estate and has been elegantly displayed in her own homes which she has renovated and had built.
Kim is a native of Richmond, Virginia. She graduated from James Madison University with a Bachelor of Science in Education. She returned to Richmond to raise her family. She has 2 grown daughters, 2 stepchildren and is married to her husband, Michael, who also is a Richmond native. She grew up spending her summers both on the Rappahannock and Potomac Rivers and now has a summer house in the Northern Neck. Her commitment to family and friends is immeasurable.
She is truly devoted to everything she is involved with and believes in giving back to her community.
